Hundreds of miles of interconnected trails and roads await you for on road and off-road bicycling, cross country skiing, snowmobiling and ATV riding. Water sports abound on the areas lakes, rivers and streams. A wide variety of area golf courses await you. Relax with fine dining and your favorite beverage at the areas many restaurants and lounges.

Accommodations and timeshare sale opportunities are available in the Christiana Villa or Telemark Pointe condominium units. Condos feature one or two bedrooms, one or two baths (some with whirlpools), full kitchens, dining area and living room (some with gas fireplace). These beautiful accommodations can sleep from two to six persons.

The Interest for Years plan is a one payment, 5-year ownership plan. For as little as $4,200, It provides all the fun, rights, and privileges of traditional ownership with a 5 year term. Cost is relative to the size of the unit. Re-up or move on when the plan ends.

Traditional timeshare ownership is also available for purchase for $600 per 1BR unit and $1,000 per 2BR unit. Speak to the TNL General Manager (GM) for details!

TIOA works with a variety of trading companies such as: 7Across, Platinum Interchange, RCI and RCI points memberships. Trading company preference is up to the individual owner and all banking requests must be made in writing to the TIOA office. When requesting your unit to be space banked; please include your: unit number, the company you wish to space bank with, and your individual membership number with that company.

Benefits of TIOA Ownership

For TIOA Owner’s in good standing only

Ownership can be purchased at Telemark Northwoods Lodging (“TNL”) as follows:

1 BR units (regardless of floorplan) are $600 for a week of ownership regardless of season.
2 BR units (regardless of floorplan) are $1,000 for a week of ownership regardless of season

The ownership of a TNL unit entitles the owner to reserve a week at Telemark Northwoods Lodging or other timeshare resorts in the US and internationally. Your purchase is a “floating” week which means you can pick your week within your season or lower season. Your time can be reserved up to a year in advance with the exception of “Birkie Week” which has fixed ownership, when you pay your annual fees

In addition to your week, you may buy extra vacations or benefit weeks based upon
availability. You may reserve any available unit 21 days in advance or less. Rates are $225 plus tax for a maximum of 3 nights and $475 for a 4-7 night stay at the Christiana Villas. This rate is good anytime except for Birkie Week, Fat Tire Week and the month of July.

Telemark Pointe has a tiered policy: 6/01 -9/30 will be a 14 day or sooner reservation & 10/01 -.5/31 will be a 21 day or sooner reservation. Rates at the Pointe are $300 for a max of 3 nights and $550 for 4-7 nights. As with the Villas, this is not valid during Birkie & Fat Tire weeks or the month of July.

We have dog friendly units at the Christiana Villas in the 100 & 1700 buildings and at the Pointe in the 200 building. The Christianna Villas have a dog fee of $75 per dog per stay and the Pointe has a dog fee of $125 per dog per stay with a 2 dog max in any unit.

Many of our owners use their Telemark Northwoods Lodging units for travel exchanges. Telemark (TNL) is associated with RCI Resorts which has over 4,000 resorts around the World. To use RCI you must become a member with an annual membership fee and an additional fee for each exchange transaction.

Telemark also works with 7Across, Platinum Interchange and others. There is no annual membership fee requirements with 7 Across or Platinum Interchange. You simply pay a
transaction fee for each trade.

Telemark (TNL) Owners have free use of the indoor swimming pool area at
Lakewoods Resort located East on Cty Hwy M.
