How do I book a unit at the Telemark Northwoods Lodging?

Can I book a unit during an event?
We have blocked the on-line reservations service for the our major events (The Birkie, Fat Bike Birkie, Chequamegon, Birkie Tour, etc.) to control the best accommodations for the guests’ needs.
If you are looking for accommodations during those periods of time, contact us at the Telemark Northwoods Lodging reservation desk.

How do I cancel my reservation?
If you need to cancel your reservation, we need a 7 day notice. Bookings during Special Events may need longer. Please contact us to cancel your reservation.

TELEMARK TIMESHARE OWNERS FAQ
The following Frequently Asked Questions are in response to TIOA member inquiries about the obligations that are associated with their timeshare weeks,
What are the payment terms for the annual maintenance fees?
The billing is due by December 31 st of each year.
Annual real estate taxes are billed near the first of the year and me due in foll 30 days from
receipt of the invoice usually sent in late December or early January.
What if I don’t pay my fees in a timely fashion?
Account statements will be mailed to each owner for each week owned, Past due accounts will be charged interest at 10% per annun on the unpaid balance, Current year billings that are not paid in full by May 31 of the year following the billing are subject to collection action.
Can I deed my week back to the TIOA?
Legally, the TIOA is under no obligation to accept deeded back weeks from owners who no longer wish to be in the timeshare program. It is each owner/title holder’s responsibility to keep current the fees associated with their deeded ownership, The Interest For Years program is available to terminate perpetual ownership into a contract.
Can I sell my week to the TIOA?
Currently the TIOA has sufficient inventory for its resale program and is not seeking to buy other weeks from association members.
How can I transfer ownership of my week to another person?
Options for owners who wish to transfer ownership of their week to another person include individual sale, gifting of the unit to another person or a donation to an organization accepting timeshare weeks.
Those owners considering such options should understand that past and current fees. associated with the week to be transferred remain the obligation ofthe titleholder of that week.
For information on transferring ownership of a week to another party owners can contact the Telemark Interval Owner’s Association / Telemark Northwoods Lodging GENERAL MANAGER (“GM”), ANDY KARR on the proper methods to transfer ownership.

Check-in / Check-out
Check-In: 3:30pm to 4:00pm / Check-Out: 10:00am
Our check-in time for all condominiums is between 3:30pm to 4:00pm and check-out time is 10am. Our administrative office (“front desk”) is located in Building 1600. When traveling on Telemark Road, follow the signs pointing toward where to turn to get to the property that say “Telemark Northwoods Lodging Office”. Follow these signs and turn left before the elevator shafts to access the road that leads to our property.
LATE CHECK-OUT MAY BE AVAILABLE FOR A NOMINAL FEE (i.e. $35 Fee for a 1:00PM check-out out.) PLEASE CALL THE FRONT DESK.
Pets
Do you allow pets at Telemark Northwoods Lodging?
Yes, but a maximum of TWO(2) dogs per unit. At Christiana Villas: The entire 1700 building, A, B & C units, and the entire 100 building A and B units are dog friendly. At Telemark Pointe ONLY units 201P and 202P are dog friendly.
Christiana Villas: There is a dog fee for of $75.00 per dog per stay.
Telemark Pointe: At Telemark Pointe there is a dog fee of $125.00 per dog per stay.
Proof of current immunizations required ahead of time prior to check-in.
You must call us in the office to check availability and go over Pet Policy and requirements.
